We offer a free half hour consultation. This is to establish whether Coaching is what you really want & need as well as to find out whether I am the Coach for you!

The initial sessions are 1 hour which costs £70.50. After this I offer 20, 40 or 60 minute sessions (£23.50, £47 & £70.50) & these can be booked every week, fortnight or month depending on what you want to achieve & what your other commitments are.

The sessions are conducted by telephone or face to face at an extra charge.

You decide when & how long your Coaching sessions are & how long they continue. The exception to this is if you have achieved what you want to achieve but show no signs of discontinuing the sessions. In this circumstance I reserve the right to call an end to the appointments. I am an ethical individual who enjoys the satisfaction of enabling people to make a positive difference to their lives.
