Time
for you Coaching is about giving you both physical
& mental time. I.e. the mental time to think
about the physical time you need.
Many events happen to us in life that
lead us to feel out of control. Part of what Coaching
can do is to help put you back in control of
the things that you can & to recognise what you
cannot change & how to cope with that!
In the hectic pace of modern life Coaching
is an approach that enables you to take time out &
reflect on what you want to change. Once you
have established what you want to change you are given
the opportunity to verbalise ideas of how to
go about that in a safe, non judgmental environment.
Your Coach has no axe to grind, is not going to tell
you that you are ‘crazy, selfish’ etc. What
your Coach will do is to listen, think about
what you say & then at an appropriate point ask
questions that are designed to make you think about
what you have said.
Given time & a safe place most
people will find their own solutions. That
sounds simple but who has time & what is a safe
place? Often ones loved ones are not good sounding boards
as they have their own agendas. Of course other people
should be considered when looking to make changes
but by having the chance to talk to somebody outside
of ones usual circle means you may be able to tackle
the possible objections that they may put to you &
find acceptable solutions.
I enable you to find your long lost
(or perhaps never before found) confidence
which then opens the door for you to achieve your full
potential. This could be in a career, social or
relationship situation. Many of my clients have not
been achieving what they want to in their careers because
of a personal situation holding them back.
